In MyEROAD, go to Reports, Tax, and click IRP VTR.
A Vehicle Trip Record (VTR) combines all mileage information by vehicle and jurisdiction. The IRP solution automatically processes and determines IRP actual miles for member jurisdictions and displays the mileage information required for recordkeeping.
The VTR lists one trip per row for the selected time period. The end of a trip is defined by either a state line crossing event or the end of the day. The following details are displayed for each trip:
- Day of trip
- Jurisdiction
- Entry Point Distance (mi)
- Exit Point Distance (mi)
- Highways Traveled
- Total Miles
- IRP Actual Miles
NOTE: When exporting the report, the CSV file will also include latitude and longitude coordinates of entry and exit points in decimal degrees (DD).
