The IFTA Fleet Summary report displays distance and fuel information by fleet or by jurisdiction on a monthly and quarterly basis. It is a summary view of the fuel trip record for all your IFTA qualified vehicles under the IFTA license number.
The IFTA Fleet Summary Report includes the following details:
- Jurisdiction
- Vehicle
- Fuel Type
- Total Distance (mi)
- IFTA Taxable (mi)
- IFTA Exempt (mi)
- Fuel Fill (gal)
- Miles per Gallon (MPG)
How to get there
The IFTA Fleet Summary report can be accessed from:
- Reports tab by clicking on IFTA Fleet Summary
Viewing the report
To customize your view:
- Select a reporting period by using the date picker.
- Select a fleet name.
Viewing Details
To view a vehicle's Fuel Trip Record:
- Select Show Details.
- Click the vehicle’s FTR icon.
To view a vehicle's Fuel Transaction Management Report:
- Click MPG hyperlink.
