Messages, Sending / Receiving

messagetab   You can easily and securely communicate messages to drivers through MyEROAD to EROAD's in-vehicle devices. Short messages can be exchanged close to real time. Operators with access to the messaging service can view, send and receive messages from drivers through the Activity screen. The messages are automatically updated as messages are sent, received by the in vehicle device, and acknowledged by the driver.

For driver safety, messages can only be entered by drivers using the in vehicle device touch screen when the vehicle is stopped. Drivers have an at-a-glance view of their message status and their message history.
