Email Notifications

The EROAD Depot will automatically generate notification emails based on certain events and send them to nominated Depot users. Depot users with Client Administrator or Unit Manager roles can set up users to receive notifications for vehicles they have access to.

To set up a user to receive email notifications:

  • In Depot, go to new cogwheel4 / Administration / Notifications.
  • Click on a user.
    The Manage Notifications screen appears.
  • Tick and/or untick notifications, which are sent to the user.
  • Click Save.
Selected notifications are sent to the user’s email address as stored in Depot.

NOTE: Geofence Notifications can be set up and managed in new cogwheel4 / Administration / Geofences or in Activity / Geofences by Client Administrators, Unit Managers and Tax Users.
