Capturing Other Costs or Maintenance Items (One-off Services)

To ensure that reporting is complete, adding unexpected maintenance or one-off costs

  1. Select the vehicle by clicking on the vehicle name in the list on the left-hand side of the screen.
  2. Click on the "Completed" tab on the right, then click the "Add One-Off Completed Service" button.
  3. Enter the details of the service.
    Note: Adding a one-off completed service will not update associated schedules you may have of the same type.
  4. Enter any information you wish (this information will be used in reporting) - More information on completing a service Completing a Service.
  5. Click the "Create" button. The item will be saved and will appear on the "Completed" tab for the vehicle and in reporting.
