The Fuel Usage Report combines fuel transaction data with vehicle location and distance to provide consumption, cost and emission information across your fleet for the selected reporting period.

To access the report:

• Click Report tab / Fuel Usage Report.
  Totals and data per vehicle will be listed.
  
  NOTE: The Fuel Usage Report does not contain information for today as fuel transaction data will be processed overnight.
  
  
• Select a reporting period in the Fills in ... drop down box. Click the blue arrows    to naviate to a specific period.
  
  
• Select vehicles in the Fleet drop down box.
  
  
• You can drill down to the Fuel Consumption Chart of a vehicle for the selected period by clicking on the link in the Consumption column.
  
  
• You can drill down to the Fuel Transaction Management screen of a vehicle for the selected period by clicking on the link in the Transactions column.
  
  
• You can drill down to the Fuel Exception Report of a vehicle for the selected period by clicking on the link in the Exceptions column.
  
  
• You can export the report in PDF or CSV format by clicking  / Export PDF or Export CSV.
  
  NOTE: This report can be scheduled by clicking  / Schedule this Report.
