The following Tax Services can be activated for each vehicle:

To activate Tax Services for your vehicles when assigning an Ehubo to a vehicle: 

1. In MyEROAD, click on Administration / Ehubos.
2. Find the Ehubo serial number you want to assign and click the Assign to Vehicle link. 
3. The Assign Ehubo to a Vehicle screen will appear.
4. Click on the vehicle you want to assign and select a Vehicle Plan for it.
5. Tick the Tax Services you want to activate for the vehicle. Several or all Tax Services may be applicable and selected for the vehicle.
6. Select the corresponding IFTA License from the drop down menu if you have ticked IFTA Tax Service.
7. If no Tax Services apply for the selected vehicle, tick Skip.
8. Confirm by clicking Assign to selected vehicle.
9. Repeat the above steps for all relevant vehicles.

To activate Tax Services for your vehicles:

In Depot, click on  in the top right corner of your screen and click Administration / Vehicles/Assets.

1. Click on a vehicle.
   The Manage Vehicle screen will appear.
2. Click Manage Tax Services.
3. Tick the Tax Services you wish to activate for this vehicles. Several or all Tax Services may be applicable for the vehicle and can be selected.
4. Select the corresponding IFTA License from the drop down if you have ticked IFTA Tax.
5. Confirm by clicking Update Tax Services.
6. Repeat the steps above for all relevant vehicles.
