You can customize the feature range available on your fleet’s Ehubos with just a few clicks in MyEROAD.

This flexible approach allows you to remove features that are not required for your fleet or for selected vehicles, and you can introduce new features at your own pace with a phased roll-out process.

NOTE: You can only activate features that are included in currently assigned vehicle plans. Please get in touch with EROAD Customer Support if you wish to upgrade a vehicle plan.

Manage features for a group of Ehubos

To turn Ehubo features on or off:

1. In MyEROAD, go to  / Administration / Vehicles/Assets.
2. Tick the vehicles with Ehubos you would like to customize or tick the box at the top to select all vehicles.
3. Click Manage Features.
   The Ehubo features screen will appear. Only features that are available for all selected Ehubos can be ticked or unticked.
4. Tick the features you would like to turn on, and untick the features you would like to turn off.
5. Click Apply to confirm your selection.
   The selected range of features will be updated on the chosen Ehubos.
   
   

Manage features for a single Ehubo

To check and manage Ehubo features:

1. In MyEROAD, go to  / Administration / Vehicles/Assets.
2. Select a vehicle.
   Under Ehubo Features, the features currently active on the vehicle's Ehubo are listed.
3. Click Manage features to activate or deactivate features for this Ehubo.
   The Ehubo features screen will appear.
4. Tick the features you would like to turn on, and untick the features you would like to turn off.
5. Click Apply to confirm your selection.
   The selected range of features will be updated on the Ehubo.
