The Vehicle Utilisation Report can be accessed by clicking on the Report button on the main navigation bar at the top of the screen.

Please note that this report is not available to all EROAD customers.

• The Vehicle Utilisation Report displays information for all fleets that you have access to.
• The Vehicle Utilisation Report does not contain information for today.
• You may change the timeframe for the report by clicking on the date drop down box and selecting a preset timeframe from the list, or by choosing the "Date Range" option.
• The blue arrows   allow you to click back and forward in time, based on the timeframe displayed in the date selection box.
• You may change which vehicles the information is displayed for by clicking on the vehicle drop down box and selecting a Fleet from the preset list, or by choosing "Select Specific Vehicles" and clicking on one or more vehicles to run the report for.
• All on-screen columns can be sorted.
• The columns "In-Depot Time" show time spent in geofences with type "Depot".
• Where information displays blank values for HiRail, the vehicle is not fitted with HiRail.
• All values will be rounded to the nearest whole number. 0.5 will be rounded up to the next whole number.
• This report can be exported in either PDF or CSV format, by clicking in the Tools dropdown in the top right hand corner of the screen. The report can also be scheduled.
• The CSV export contains 3 more columns than the on-screen display:
  HiRail: " Y" indicates "Yes - vehicle has HiRail", "N" indicates "No - vehicle has no HiRail".
  Cost centre: as per the vehicle information in Vehicles/Assets in the Admin area.
  Asset code: as per the vehicle information in Vehicles/Assets in the Admin area.
