Roles and Permissions
MyEROAD users are assigned roles and permissions, which allow them to see and use different functions.
- To see which role you have been assigned, go to My Profile in the Admin screen.
- To restrict which vehicles a user has access to, see Manage Fleets.
Your vehicle's plan determines your access level to screens and reports. Please contact sales@eroad.co.nz if you wish to request a change of Service Plan.
The features listed below assume that your organisation has the Premium Plan applied to your vehicles.

Unit Manager (Allows full access for vehicles in assigned fleets - no user management. The Allow Geofence Access checkbox is enabled by default, and this role may view/edit geofences. You can disable this checkbox to restrict access by hiding the Geofence tab in the Activity menu.): |
