Assign an Ehubo or Tubo and complete RUCHO
After the Ehubo or Tubo has been physically installed onto the vehicle, you need to assign it to the correct vehicle in MyEROAD. After assigning the unit, you will need to complete a RUCHO – the change Hubodometer process.
To assign an Ehubo or Tubo to a vehicle and complete "RUCHO":
1. Find the Ehubo or Tubo serial number that you wish to assign and click Assign and RUCHO.
2. In Assign Ehubo to a Vehicle screen, select the vehicle onto which the Ehubo or Tubo has been physically installed. Carefully check the Ehubo’s or Tubo's installation location and last location to make sure you select the correct vehicle.
NOTE: If the vehicle you wish to assign the hardware unit to is not yet visible in MyEROAD, go to / Administration / Vehicles/Assets, click Add New Vehicle or Asset and add the vehicle or asset.
4. In Vehicle Plan, select the Service Plan for the vehicle.
5. Click Assign to selected vehicle.
You will now be taken to the RUCHO area in MyEROAD to complete the RUCHO for the vehicle.

Unassign a hardware unit from vehicle/asset
You can unassign an EROAD hardware unit from a vehicle/asset in MyEROAD. This can be helpful if you have assigned the hardware unit to the wrong vehicle in MyEROAD. An Ehubolite, Elocate or Asset Tracker may be unassigned from a vehicle at any time. An Ehubo or Tubo may be unassigned from a vehicle only before RUCHO has been completed.
To unassign a hardware unit:
1. Find the Ehubo Serial number that you want to unassign from a vehicle, and click Unassign.
2. Click Yes on the confirmation message – this will unassign the unit from the vehicle in MyEROAD.
3. If you wish to assign the hardware unit to another vehicle - click Assign to Vehicle and reassign the hardware unit to the correct vehicle.
