  2. Sort Headers: Many columns allow you to order the dataset in ascending order (click once) or descending (click twice).
  3. Line select: Clicking anywhere in a row opens the item's detail drawer, containing editable properties.
  4. Page scroller: Tools to scroll the current table, skip to the next page, define entries per page or go to a specific page.

Columns

Assets lets you create up to 10 defined column arrangements to reduce the noise and scrolling of around 40 datapoints.

The Service priority column

The Service priority column differs from others in that its appearance is created by combining info from the Overdue, Due and Upcoming datapoints in Assets. These datapoints are pulled from each vehicle's service schedule, as set under Service > select vehicle > Schedule new service.

By default, the assets are listed with those having the most significant Service priority notifications first, even if Service priority has been hidden from the Columns view.

The repair severity column

Repair severity concerns vehicle inspections that have revealed a fault. The Repairs Severity order from most-serious to least is:

assets failedNotSafe: The fault renders the vehicle unsafe to operate, and/or is not legally compliant to be operating.

assets failed: The next regulation compliance check will consider the fault as necessary to repair before the vehicle can be considered road-worthy, but the vehicle is still safe to operate.

assets attention: The fault is largely superficial or non-critical (dented bumper, peeled signage, etc). The fault doesn't compromise vehicle integrity or legal compliance.

To change the repair severity:

  1. MyEROAD > Service > Assets
  2. Locate a vehicle's Repair severity column. (If hidden, re-check this column with the Columns button)
  3. Click a vehicle line. The vehicle's side panel appears
  4. Under "..." select Change Severity. A pop-up box appears
  5. Re-select the item's severity
  6. Update

The defect's severity rating is changed.
