MyEROAD will automatically generate notification emails based on certain events and send them to nominated MyEROAD users. Users with Client Administrator or Unit Manager roles can set up users to receive notifications for vehicles they have access to.
To set up a user to receive email notifications:
- > Administration > Notifications.
- Click on a user.
The Manage Notifications screen will show. - Tick and/or untick notifications to be sent to the user.
- Click Save.
Selected notifications will be send to the user’s email address as stored in MyEROAD.
NOTE: Geofence Notifications can be set up and managed in > Administration > Geofences or in Activity > Geofences by Client Administrators, Unit Managers and RUC Users.

Ehubo Audit Report |
Receive an email when an Ehubo Audit Report has been generated. NOTE: At least one user has to be signed up to receive Ehubo Audit Report notifications.

Failed Driver Vehicle Inspection Report (DVIR)

Receive an email when a failed Driver Vehicle Inspection Report (DVIR) is submitted by a driver through the EROAD Driver App.

RUC Expiry
|
Receive an email when a vehicle's last valid RUC licence expires (with no pending licence purchased or AutoRUC turned on) |
RUC Purchase
|
Receive a RUC purchasing confirmation email and receipts (the user who completes the purchase, or set up Auto-RUC for a vehicle will always receive this for authorised fleets). |
Service Reminders
|
Receive an email when a scheduled service is "Due" or "Expired". The "Due" notification email is sent based on the chosen reminder interval for the service in Depot. The "Expired" notification email is sent when a service has not been completed in Depot on the scheduled date. |
Driver ID Alert * Only available to organisations with EROAD Driver ID units fitted in vehicles

Receive an email when no driver is logged in on or when the Driver ID unit has been disconnected. The "No Driver ID" notification email is sent when the vehicle travels for more than a defined distance without a driver logging in. The "Disconnect" notification email is sent when the EROAD Unit detects the Driver ID unit has been disconnected. |
Seatbelt alert * Only available to organisations with EROAD Driver ID units fitted. |
Receive an email when a vehicle is driven with no seatbelt connected.

Geofence Notification

Receive an email when a vehicle enters or leaves a geofence or speeds within a Virtual Speed Camera geofence. NOTE: Geofence Notifications can be set up and managed by Client Administrators, Unit Managers and RUC Users in Admin / Geofences or in Activity / Geofences. |
Logbook Violation |
Receive an email when a driver creates a Logbook Violation. The notification email includes information about the driver and the violation. |
Max Speed Alert |
Max Speed Alert lets you set up an alert for a speed you consider appropriate. If one of your vehicles travels above the set threshold, you are immediately sent an email. |
Dashcam Alerts |
Receive email alerts when a dashcam is installed in a vehicle and is pending assignment. |
