The Distance Summary Report displays the distance that your vehicles travel in different areas.

The Distance Summary Report is able to be viewed either 'By Area' or 'By Vehicle', with the option to 'Hide Details' or 'Show Details'.


Clicking 'Show Details' expands the report to display how the total distances are apportioned by vehicle or area.

Reporting Period

You can change the reporting period by clicking the blue arrows displayed at the top of the screen.

PDF/CSV Exports

You can export the Distance Summary Report in PDF or CSV format by clicking the Tools menu in the upper right corner of the screen.

Schedule Report

The Distance Summary Report can be scheduled as a one-time or re-occurring report for fleets you have access to.

Scheduled reports will be delivered to your email address at the start of the business day.
