Email Notifications

The MyEROAD can notify users via email when certain events occur regarding vehicles they have access to.

Ehubo Audit Reports:

When an issue arises with an Ehubo/Tubo, an email containing information about what may have caused the issue and what needs to be done to resolve it is sent to users signed up to receive the alert.

There must be at least one user signed up to receive Audit Report notifications.

Service Reminders:

Service reminder notifications alert users when a scheduled service is "Due" or "Expired".

The "Due" notification email is sent based on the reminder interval entered when the service task was setup in the Service module. The reminder interval can be date and/or distance.

The "Expired" notification email is sent when a service is not completed on the scheduled date.

Driver ID Alerts:

* Only available to organisations with EROAD Driver ID units fitted in vehicles.

The Driver alerts are triggered by the Driver ID unit and include a "No Driver ID" notification and a "Disconnect" notification.

The "No Driver ID" notification email is sent when the vehicle travels for more than a defined distance without a driver logging in.

The "Disconnect" notification email is sent when the EROAD Unit detects the Driver ID unit has been disconnected.

Seatbelt alert:

When the vehicle is driven with no seatbelt connected a notification email is sent to notify the user who is signed up to receive the alert.

This notification email is only available to organisations with EROAD Driver ID units fitted.

Geofence Notification:

Geofence notifications alert recipients by email when a vehicle enters or leaves the geofence.

Max Speed Alert

Max Speed Alert lets you set up an alert for a speed you consider appropriate. If one of your vehicles travels above the set threshold, you are immediately sent an email.
