With the EROAD system you do not need to put off-road geofences in to claim off-road distance. The system will detect when the vehicle is off-road and include it in any off-road claims automatically.
If you draw an offroad geofence over a public road. You will need to either:
- Save anyway and the public road portion of your journeys will be automatically removed from off-road reports or claims
- Edit the geofence shape to avoid the public roads
- Add a detailed reason including full address details, which may be audited.
- Deselect the type "Off-Road Area" *
