Inspect Standard User (ISU)

The ISU role is intended to have mostly read-only access to almost all areas of inspection and service-related issues, and write-access to issues specific to the individual. This allows workshop personnel to have greater, non-volatile access to priorities and schedules, but each ISU may change details and statuses of their own cases.

ISUs may:

  • view all but comms and admin screens and data in the Service section of MyEROAD.
  • create, update, and delete their own Repair issues
  • subscribe or unsubscribe from DVIR notification email lists.

Inspect Fleet Operator (IFO)

The IFO has oversight access to Service and Inspection operations. This role has greater access to change cases and issues, with a view to authorising tasks and re-assigning efforts.

IFOs may:

  • view all but comms and admin screens and data in the Service section of MyEROAD.
  • create new Defect or Repair issues.
  • comment on Defect issues.
  • create or update their own Repair issues.
  • delete any Repair issue.

Service Supplier

Service Suppliers are external companies or agents working with your company to maintain your fleet, commonly with specialist services such as tire replacement, windshield repairs, regulated service and maintenance checks, etc. You may invite them to use MyEROAD to better monitor fleet status.

Service Suppliers may:

  • view all but comms screens and data in the Service section of MyEROAD.
  • create, update, and delete their own Repair issues.
  • update an existing Service issue.
  • delete a Repair issue.
  • subscribe or unsubscribe from DVIR notification email lists.
