Setting up Direct Debit with EROAD makes it simpler to purchase RUC and avoid incurring credit card fees.

Having a Direct Debit set up also allows you to enable AutoRUC for vehicles with EROAD units fitted.

Setting up Direct Debit

• Download the EROAD Direct Debit Authority
• Fill in the Direct Debit form then scan it and email it to accounts@eroad.co.nz
• You will also need to send the actual signed form to:

Changing your bank account details

In order to change your bank account you will need to have your signatories complete and attach the Direct Debit form.

We can change it off a scan or a fax, but will also require the original to be mailed to us within 7 days as this is a bank requirement.
