The vehicle must have already been added to MyEROAD for it to appear in the picklist. If you have not already added the vehicle to MyEROAD, click on the 'Add New Vehicle' button, or go to the Vehicles tab and add all the required vehicles for your Organisation.

If you have added the vehicle to MyEROAD, but the vehicle is still not appearing in the picklist, check whether you are trying to assign the Ehubo to the correct type of vehicle. An Ehubo can only be installed onto a Heavy Vehicle, a Tubo can only be installed onto a Trailer, an Ehubolite can only be installed on a Light Vehicle and an Elocate can only be installed onto an Asset or a Light Vehicle.
