Drivers are able to record the fuel gallons dispensed into their vehicle by using the Ehubo’s touch screen. When fuel gallon details are entered by the driver, the Depot will be automatically updated and the fuel details will be assigned to the vehicle trip.

NOTE: For driver safety, fuel entry on the Ehubo can only be initiated when the vehicle is stopped.

To enter fuel on the Ehubo:

1. Upon completion of fueling, and while the vehicle is still stopped, turn on the Ehubo touch screen by tapping the Ehubo screen.

2. Select Fuel on your Ehubo home screen.

3. Enter the total gallons dispensed into your vehicle.

NOTE: Make sure to convert fuel transactions from Canada or outside US to Gallons before entering on the Ehubo.

4. Confirm with Enter.

The fuel gallon information will be displayed on the Ehubo home screen and automatically sent to the EROAD Depot.

Fuel data entered on the Ehubo will be matched to the vehicle’s fuel type and displayed in the Daily Activity screen and in Fuel Transaction Management. Data will be processed overnight and will then be used when running Fuel Reports, i.e. Fuel Usage Report, Fuel Exception Report and Fuel Consumption Chart.
