Browser Support Policy

The EROAD web browser-based platform may encounter problems in displaying or formating information on older, unsupported web browsers.

Our fully-supported browsers include: 

  • Samsung Internet - Last two versions

  • Safari Desktop/iOS - Last two versions

  • Chrome Desktop/iOS/Android - Last two versions

  • Firefox Desktop/iOS/Android - Last two versions

  • Edge - Last two versions

Mobile Device Support Policy

  • iOS - Last two versions

  • Android - Last two "official" versions

Logging in

Your system administrator will supply you with your login credentials and a temporary password.

  1. In your browser, go to:
    USA: my.eroad.com
    AUS: my.eroad.com.au
    NZL: my.eroad.co.nz

  2. Enter your credentials. If logging in for the first time you will be prompted to change your temporary password. Follow the instructions and save your new password.

  3. Re-login to MyEROAD with your new password.

Depending on your assigned role, MyEROAD will open to the screen most appropriate.
