Why isn’t the Authorisation code working on my mobile device?

For security reasons, the authorisation code generated in The Depot when you associated a mobile device to your vehicle is valid for seven days. If you do not use an authorisation code to authorise a mobile device within seven days, it will expire and no longer work. You will need to generate a new authorisation code if more than seven days have passed since it was generated.

Client Administrators and Unit Managers may generate a new authorisation code. To do this:

1. Go to the Administration area of the EROAD Depot, select the Mobile Devices menu and select the mobile device.

2. In the Authorisation Code box click Renew Code. This will generate a new authorisation code.
