If you have purchased an incorrect licence through MyEROAD and would like to have this refunded, please call EROAD Support on 0800 437 623, option 2 with the details of the incorrect purchase and information about what you wanted to purchase instead.

They will contact NZTA to arrange for reversal of incorrect purchase.
